I am looking for a space for clinic, or sharing space for clinic in London

As a clinic for robotic neurorehabilitation seeking for expansion opportunities, Glavic Clinic recently opened its 4th clinic in Madrid after having 3 clinics in Croatia where we started our story almost 30 years ago.
As an international clinic, we are treating patients from all over the world. Switzerland is just one of the countries where our current patients are coming from.

With more than 50 robotic devices in our clinics, and almost 150 experts in the field of neurorehabilitation, we are ready for continuing our expansion strategy plan.
We are interested in the possibility of renting a space for our clinic in Switzerland. Sharing spaces for clinics will be the best option for us.

Can you please tell me more about empty spaces you could suggest for us?
We are interested in spaces between 200-500 sqm.

Also, the best solution for us would be to have a space which doesn't need any further adaptation from our side. Open space with celling min 2,7m height would be one of the best options also.
If we can arrange special prices for hotels or apartments inside of sharing spaces property where we can accomodate our patients - it would be another plus.
But of course, we can have a look at alternative options too.
Usually, our patient stays in therapy 9 -12 weeks and has an intensive plan of everyday rehabilitation, so it is more comfortable if his accomodation is near to our clinic.

I would kindly ask you to provide me with some information about possibilities and prices or conditions for renting spaces.
Also, any further possibility for collaboration you think could be interesting for both sides, Innovaud and Glavic Clinic, we are open for any discussion.
