Constructed by DuPont to a high specification in 1990, 100 BBP provides 81,000 sq.ft. (GIA) of office and warehouse space plus ancillary buildings, along with 159 car parking spaces, in 7.3 acres of mature landscaped grounds.
The L Shaped office building to the front is accessed via a glazed entrance structure and provides two floors of accommodation, currently partitioned to provide offices, meeting rooms, staff restaurant and clean rooms.

DuPont built 100 BBP in 1990 and the residue of the 40 acre site was developed in joint venture over 18 years and 8 phases. The Park now has over 400,000 sq.ft. of commercial space and is almost 100% occupied. Because of the proximity of MoD Abbeywood, defence and aerospace organisations dominate with major occupiers including Thales, Selex, Boeing, Broadcom and QinetiQ. Motability Finance has five buildings and UWE has three.
