Belvoir Lettings has also launched of its first new franchise of 2014. Raewyn Greer, former lettings manager of Redwoods, is now in charge at Belvoir Aldershot.
A native of New Zealand, Greer previously enjoyed a very successful career in the property industry in both her homeland and the UK, winning awards for top sales person on many occasions. Her expertise and management skills will now benefit landlords and tenants in the Aldershot area.
‘When the opportunity arose for me to open Belvoir Aldershot I jumped at it. I know I can offer great customer service and run an organised and efficient business, but it’s reassuring to know that I am also able to tap into the expertise and knowledge that is available to me from within the Belvoir network. Gonsalves said that it is an exciting time to be joining the Belvoir network. ‘We are currently implementing an ambitious acquisition programme and have also identified many new territories around the country with the potential to become successful property management agencies.
